How do I return a product?
Returning a product online with a Frontier Dental account
Returns are quick and easy with your Frontier Dental account - purchased as a guest? Scroll down to the bottom of this page to find instructions on how to return as a guest purchaser.
- To get started, login to your Frontier Dental account
- Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard and select Returns on the left hand panel under “Orders & More”
- On the Returns page, navigate to the product(s) you would like to return by clicking on the checkbox to the left of the product and selecting the quantity that you would like to return in the drop down.
- As we are continuously working hard to improve your shopping experience, please let us know why you are returning the item(s) selected as well as any comments. It is important to select if you would like the returned products to be replaced or have the amount of the products credited on your account. Once complete, press “Continue” on the bottom right of your screen.
- Select a pick up date and location (for offices with multiple location) as well as the available courier. If there is no available pick up date that is convenient, feel free to check back at a later time as availability opens up. Click submit and you are done.
- Once submitted you will receive an email confirmation with further details and updates on your return process. If you are unable to find your return confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder.
For customers without an account
Although it is strongly recommended to create an account on our website to enhance your shopping experience with Frontier Dental, should you wish to make a return without an account you can do the following:
- Go to the “Returns” option at the bottom of the footer and input your order number and email address.
- Follow the steps outlined above to submit your return.
