What is the status of my order?
- For customers that have an account created on the Frontier Dental portal, you can check the status of your order by navigating to “My Orders”, and clicking on “Track Package”. If the option is not available, it is because the product(s) in your order are currently on back order and will be updated when they come into stock. Alternatively, if you recently placed your order, it may take a few minutes before tracking information is available on your dashboard.
- For customers that checked out as a guest, you can track your order by selecting “Tracking” in the drop down menu at the top left side of your screen. The tracking number you will need to input is your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email starting with “FDXXXXXXXXXX”.
